Shipping Policy
We ship Australia wide using Australia Post’s Parcel Post service
and eParcel Service.
Shipping costs are calculated by weight and destination postcode
via Australia Post’s website. All orders received will be processed the
next day, and will usually be shipped the same day they are processed. If
you choose the eParcel Service you will be given an online tracking number so
you can track your parcel during its transport to your door.
We do not ship to addresses outside of Australia at this time.
In the event that an item that is ordered is out of stock, we will
notify you to make alternative arrangements.
DISCLAIMER: We reserve the right to re-assess the shipping fee for orders outside of metropolitan areas. We are also unable to deliver furniture items to remote parts of Australia, and reserve the right to cancel orders placed from those areas for this item.
A remote area is defined as being further than 200km from a major city.
