The Australian Consumer Law sets out your rights as a consumer. You are entitled to a refund if:
* The product is faulty (except in cases where the product has beenmisused or if operating instructions were not followed)
OR
* The product does not do what it is supposed to do. In these two circumstances we will offer a choice of exchange, credit note or refund (in the same tender as the original sale)

In addition to your rights for a refund as above, Homeart offers its customers an additional benefit.
Under our Returns Policy you may return the product if you have simply changed your mind
However these conditions do apply:
The product must be returned within 7 days UNUSED and in its original packaging and presentable for sale.
ALL REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES MUST HAVE A PROOF OF PURCHASE. FAULTS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME
