If your product doesn't do what it is supposed to do, please let us know, as the quality of our products is important to us.To help solve your problems quickly, below are the standard refund and exchange policies that you should consider.
Refund and Exchange Policy
1.You are entitled to choose a refund, exchange, or repair, if the goods you purchased are:
i. Faulty (and the fault was not known to you at the time of purchase)
ii. Wrongly described
iii. Different from the sample shown, or
iv. Do not do what they are supposed to do
2. On the rare occasion, that you feel your goods are faulty, please contact internetorders@homeart.com.au with your order number and a detailed explanation of the fault and we will get back to you by the next business day to help solve the issue.
3. If your item is confirmed as faulty, you will be reimbursed for all associated shipping fees required to honour our warranty commitments.
4. For purchases made via our website at www.homeart.com.au, we do not accept refunds for change of mind.
5. At all times, proof of purchase is required for all after sales transactions.
