Delivery

Homeart currently only delivers to street addresses within Australia.

Your order will be consigned through Fastway Couriers who will require a signature on delivery.

In the event that delivery is attempted, but you are not at home to sign for it, a card will be left in your mail box with instructions on how to arrange for a pick up or re-delivery of your order. You will need to contact Fastway within five (5) business days.

We recommend you use a work address, or an address where you will be present at to sign, to minimise delays in receiving your order.

Homeart will endeavour to dispatch your order within two (2) days, please refer to the estimated delivery intransit times as per the following guide:-

Capital City and Metro areas, next business day

Regional areas, 1 – 2 business days

Remote areas, up to 12 business days

Delivery lead times vary according to destination. You can use the FASTWAY Couriers online tracking facility with the details provided within your order confirmation.
